Here are two watercolors for the pansy series that I have begun. I so desperately need spring so I can get out there and play in the dirt. Until then, I'm putting my mind (and artwork) into flowers.

  1. I like the butterfly cluster for the colors and the white highlights. For your desire to play in the dirt, maybe you could PAINT some dirt? ha aha ha

  2. Your pansies are lovely! And I am amazed how the glitter on the butterfly cluster shows in the photo. Were they painted from a photo or have you gone out and purchased them?
    Good luck painting dirt. I'm not sure if that's been done before.
